The Canary Database represents the selection, curation, and indexing of thousands of scientific studies from MEDLINE, CAB Abstracts, and Agricola on the evidence of animals’ function as “early warning” sentinels of human health hazards. Contains bibliographic records from MEDLINE and other databases. Includes studies of wildlife, companion and livestock animals, drawing together records of animal exposure or health effects that may also be considered relevant to human health.
