A project team from Emory University wrote this discussion paper and created the consumer guide it links to– a guide to getting insured under the Affordable Care Act — The New Health Care Law and You. Published online on the Institute of Medicine’s website, the guide helps people answer four essential questions about the implementation of ”ObamaCare”:
This Guide, though written in Summer 2013, is a good starting point, providing an easy way to determine one’s current status under the new law, on which to then explore options and decide on a course of action.
