The Texas Medical Center Library is proud to announce the publication of a new online, peer-reviewed, open-access journal. The Journal of Applied Research on Children: Informing Policy for Children at Risk, or JARC, is a product of the CHILDREN AT RISK Institute, a non-partisan research and advocacy organization dedicated to addressing the root causes of poor public policies affecting children.
The first issue, launched in September 2010 concentrates on topics related to Latino children. To access this publication, go to the TMC Library’s Digital Commons at: http://digitalcommons.library.tmc.edu/childrenatrisk/vol1/iss1/
