There are several classifications of users of TMC Library Resources who are eligible for a Library Registration Card.
Unlike public libraries, being a registered user of the library does not automatically entitle you to full access of resources. The TMC Library operates within the constraints of contractual agreements imposed upon us by publishers. In addition, the TMC Library operates under a consortial governing agreement of the major educational institutions of the TMC to which the Library must abide.
To address the issues of accessibility, the TMC Library has reviewed its fee structure to help clarify what resources and services are available under each classification of library users. (See Library Access Fee program.)
Remote Access: ability to log into library online and access full information resources from an offsite location.
