This class focuses on using PubMed tags (filters) to narrow and add specificity to one’s PubMed searches.
Descriptions: This directory covers assisted living facilities in all 50 states. Search by state or ZIP code. Contact information, photographs and links to the facilities' websites are provided. The compilers of this directory have screened out questionable entries, based on news items and user feedback, but first-hand investigation is of utmost importance in this context.

Descriptions: This website provides a means to research and compare the quality ratings of nursing homes. Search for local facilities and view their ratings based on health inspection, staffing and quality measures that reflect the general well-being of residents.
