Contents: brief records, charts/graphs, Citations, datasets, images, links, multiple databases, search engine, summaries
Access Level: Free, Open Access
Descriptions: PubChem provides information on the biological activities of small molecules and is a component of NIH's Molecular Libraries Roadmap Initiative. It includes substance information, compound structures, and bioactivity data in three primary databases: PCSubstance, PCCompound and PCBioAssay. PCSubstance contains more than 12 million records; PCCompound contains more than 7 million unique structures; and PCBioAssay contains more than 200 bioassays.

Provider: U.S. Department of Health and Human Services/Stanford University
Descriptions: PharmGKB's mission is "to collect, encode, and disseminate knowledge about the impact of human genetic variations on drug response. We curate primary genotype and phenotype data, annotate gene variants and gene-drug-disease relationships via literature review, and summarize important PGx genes and drug pathways."
