Descriptions: The Houston Red Cross provides location and contact information for its area chapters and indicates how to get help after a disaster, including an international service for finding family members. A number of downloadable, printable brochures are provided in English and Spanish, to aid citizens in preparing for various kinds of disaster situations, from hurricanes to hazardous substance releases to pandemics. The "Spotlight Links" give quick access to a number of these. The website includes safety tips for aquatic recreation, and information on classes in CPR and First Aid.
