There are numerous ways to show your support:

Honor/Memorial Gifts

There is no finer way to honor or memorialize someone, or to commemorate s significant event than to  share a gift that will make a positive impact on the Library. If requested, we will notify the family that a gift has been made. It is our policy not to disclose the amount of the gift. Suggested wording for memorial donations may be: “In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to the TMC Library. These gifts can be made online at
Make a Gift
or mailed to: The TMC Library, Accounting, 1133 John Freeman Blvd, Houston, TX 77030.

Annual Giving

Every year, the Library has more requests for non-budgeted funds than can be met. Your gift to the annual fund can bridge these gaps in funding to enhance the Library’s  collections, technology and instructional services.

Matching Gifts

The impact of a gift through matching gift programs can be doubled through programs sponsored by employers. Many companies sponsor employee matching gift programs that can benefit the Library. Please contact your corporate Human Resources departments for the appropriate form to add the TMC Library to their list of non-profit organizations for sponsorship.

Planned Gifts (Legacy Giving)

Planned Giving helps you meet your personal, financial and estate planning, as well as philanthropic goals by making a lifetime or testamentary charitable gift.  Opportunities for giving are many and varied and can be structured to fit you and your family’s values and priorities. The most common options for planned gifts are bequests, appreciated securities, real or tangible property, wills and revocable living trusts, charitable trusts, life insurance and beneficiary designations through a qualified IRA, pension plan, bank account or life insurance policy. Contact the Accounting Dept. at 713-799-7111 or egiving@library.tmc.edu. (Descriptions of Planned Giving Vehicles)
