Diversified Roofing will begin their work for the Roof Replacement and Exterior Waterproofing project at the Jesse Jones Library on Tuesday, May 2nd. This project will take approximately 4 months to complete. Advanced notices will be sent out throughout the project to notify occupants of any potential building disruptions that may occur.
Diversified Roofing will be placing equipment, dumpsters, ramps, safety coverings, and fencing. Please take notice that the sidewalk on the east side of JJL will be blocked for the duration of the project. This will not affect the emergency exit on the east side of the building or the ramp down to the garage level.
During the project, there will be some noise and possibly some slight odors inside the building. To minimize odors inside the building, we will be providing charcoal filters on the roof and air scrubbers. To minimize disruptions to the building occupants Diversified Roofing has also committed to end all demolition work by 8am.
