To minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Library will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays, starting Nov 28th. Beginning on Nov 30th, we will be opened 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday.       The Library will be closed Nov 26 & 27 for Thanksgiving.       Scopus access will end December 31, 2020. Scopus will be completely replaced by Web of Science/Journal Citation Reports.

New Resources at The TMC Library

Web of Science is a database that integrates multiple citation databases.  All cited references for all publications are fully indexed and searchable.  Searches may include all authors and all author affiliations. Users may track citation activity with Citation Alerts, as well as the Analyze Results feature to identify trends and publication patterns.

Journal Citation Reports provides impact factors and rankings of many journals in the social and life sciences based on millions of citations. Sort options including impact factor, total cites, total articles, and immediacy index. JCR provides a five-year impact factor and visualized trend data.

New Ebooks at The TMC Library

The SPIE eBooks Digital Library is a growing collection of books on optics and photonics. The collection includes the SPIE Press monographs, reference works, field guides, tutorial texts, and Spotlight eBooks. Topics include Biomedical Optics & Medical Imaging, Imaging & Signal Processing, Nanotechnology, Optical Design & Engineering, and others.
