July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month! While mental well-being is key for everyone, this month the TMC Library is focusing on how someone’s background – including race, ethnicity, gender, and culture – can shape how they see mental health. These factors can also influence where someone turns for support, whether that’s with friends, family, or professionals. Everyone’s unique journey matters! Please explore all of the wonderful resources available through the TMC Library.
