Every year from May 1st to May 31st, we recognize Mental Health Awareness Month, a significant time for reflection and action focused on the importance of mental wellbeing in all our lives. As a longstanding observance, this month provides a critical platform to educate communities, challenge harmful stigmas, and champion robust support networks for those navigating mental health conditions. The TMC Library is proud to support this initiative and offers a wealth of resources to help our patrons learn more, deepen their understanding, and connect with helpful organizations and websites for further knowledge and assistance.
