Library Room Booking Policy

TMC Library classrooms, conference room, and study rooms are available for use by all TMC member institutions, as well as other groups. The TMC Library’s Governing and Supporting institutions receive priority use of these rooms. Room rental fees may apply for non-member reservations.

Programs involving sales, advertisement or promotion of commercial products or services; or programs sponsored by an outside organization, regardless of purpose are not prohibited; but may be subject to the pre-approval of Library administrators.

Users agree to abide by all Library regulations relating to the use of the facilities and accept full responsibility for all damage that the user might cause to the building and/or equipment beyond normal wear.

Special events for minors/youth who are not employed by/enrolled with a Library institutional member organization must be officially sponsored and co-hosted by a member institution.

The TMC Library encourages the use of these meeting rooms if usage does not interfere with the normal functions of the library. To arrange a special event with catering, please
contact reservation@library.tmc.edu for more information.

If you need assistance, please stop by the Circulation Desk or call 713.795.4200.
