Harris County Public Library Delivery Service

The TMC Library acts as a pickup location of the Harris County Public Library (HCPL) for your personal reading enjoyment.

Request Harris County Public Library items online and have them delivered to our Circulation Department. Once your items arrive, you will receive a notification by e-mail or phone and have one week to pick them up.

If you don’t currently have a HCPL library card, you can apply for one online or at the TMC Library.

A self-check-out station is located near Circulation, and users can return items back here or at any Harris County Public Library branch.

Please note that parking is not free at the TMC Library.
