There are several classifications of users of TMC Library Resources who are eligible for a Library Registration Card.

In addition, the TMC Library operates under a consortia governing agreement of the major educational institutions of the TMC to which the Library must abide.
To address the issues of accessibility, the TMC Library has reviewed its fee structure to help clarify what resources and services are available under each classification of library users. (See Library Access Fee program.)
